Refund policy

Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund products. However you may return for store credit. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days. Store credit will have no expiry date and may be used anytime. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please note custom orders of bangles or jewellery is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Store credit exchanges will be issued ONCE.

Shipping back to us must be paid by the customer, in original packaging. Lost or missing parcels on return are not the responsibility of Redstone Jewellery . We recommend using a tracked service for parcel returns. Any redstone jewellery boxes marked or written on will be deducted from store credit amount of £5 per box damaged.

All sale/clearance section and discounted sales are Final and will not be eligible for return or store credit. 

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, Please notify us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with a picture of the issue.

Returns that are unauthorized, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

A user needs to specify the COMPLETE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.

The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof.

The user is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Redstone jewellery we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

Redstone jewellery is not responsible for items dispatched to wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out.  Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to divert to correct address. 

Please note: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.
